Project Overview

Warner Plaza is comprised of eleven (11) single-story buildings ranging from +/-4,854 to +/-6,891 square feet each, totaling approximately 60,518 square feet. Each building is divisible into four suites ranging from +/-839 to +/-2,159 square feet.

Attention to detail is evident throughout the project, with architectural features varying from building to building.  Clean lines with generous windows, gates leading to the main courtyard, and handsome doorways creating interesting focal points.

Warner Plaza’s landscaping features an attractive fountain providing a restful focal point for each courtyard, lush lawns accented by a colorful desert edge for an authentic southwestern appeal. The project has abundant parking at 4.6 cars per 1,000 square feet occupied, with covered parking available.

Prominent monument signage on Warner Road as well as building signage is available, subject to the Town of Gilbert and Warner Plaza Condominium Association’s review and approval. Additionally, our onsite directory signage makes navigation easy throughout the project.
